Axcis Education are looking for a teaching assistant to join our team and help deliver a nurturing learning environment for both SEN and mainstream pupils. Key Responsibilities: • Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, both in class and through targeted interventions. • Assist class teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. • Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development. • Communicate effectively with teachers, SENCO, parents, and external professionals. • Contribute to the creation of personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies.
