Job Title: Teaching Assistant Challenging Behaviour
Salary: From £93.48 per day Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Full-Time (5 days a week) Location: Hillingdon Role: Teaching Assistant, Challenging Behaviour Experience Join our team at a vibrant primary and secondary school in Hillingdon, renowned for its excellent support structure and resources. We are looking for a confident and experienced individual to provide 1:1 support for boys with challenging behaviour. Responsibilities: -Deliver personalised support to a designated student -Aid in both academic and emotional development -Implement effective de-escalation strategies -Work with colleagues to ensure effective EHCP implementation -Maintain accurate records and documentation -Persona Care Requirements: -Proven experience with challenging behaviour, especially in boys -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach -Ability to stay calm under pressure -Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., safeguarding, behaviour management) At Axcis, we offer competitive pay a fantastic referral system (£150 for referrals), and access to valuable SEND resources.
