Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Behaviour
Do you have experience working with children with challenging behaviour and ADHD?
We are looking for a resilient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with ADHD and challenging behaviour at a welcoming primary school in Hartcliffe, Bristol. This 2-form entry school, located in a high pupil premium area, provides excellent transport links with multiple nearby bus stops and ample non-residential on-street parking.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work one-on-one with a pupil, focusing on providing support with behaviour management and helping them thrive in their classroom environment. You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced SENCO and a supportive behaviour team who will assist you in setting clear boundaries and creating an inclusive space.

Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and/or ADHD is advantageous
