The school caters to students aged 5 to 16, all of whom are working at a learning level up to Lower Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, supportive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. To be considered, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have previous experience working with children with ASD and SEMH. You should be confident managing a range of needs and behaviours, have a flexible and compassionate teaching style, and know how to adapt your approach to suit a variety of learning levels. Experience with communication systems such as Makaton and PECS is desirable, though not essential. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and inclusive school that prioritises professional development and staff wellbeing.
