Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated SEND Teacher in White City We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join a vibrant primary school community in White City. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is committed to making a significant difference in the lives of children with varied learning needs. Key Details: Position: SEND Teacher Location: Primary School, White City Working Hours: 08:30 to 16:00 Salary: £170 - £190 per day Role Description: As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education tailored to children with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with other teaching staff and SEND coordinators to create and implement effective strategies that support the inclusion and progression of all students. Responsibilities: - Develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils. - Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and other professionals to enhance instructional and developmental plans. - Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and independence. - Assess children’s skills regularly and provide progress reports and feedback. - Participate in CPD and team meetings to continuously improve teaching practices and outcomes for SEND pupils. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. - Proven experience as a SEND Teacher or substantial teaching experience with SEND responsibilities. - Ability to foster an inclusive classroom that respects all students.
