Job Title: Specialist School Support Assistant Needed in Reading
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for supporting individuals with diverse learning needs? We are seeking a dedicated School Support Assistant to work closely with children who have varying special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviours.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Ideally full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, part-time option available.
• Role: Provide individualised support to students across different age groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 4.
• Approach: Implement effective strategies to assist children with a range of SEND, ensuring their development and well-being.
• Remuneration: Starting at £93.48 per day.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in supporting individuals (adults or children) with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to offer personalised assistance in both one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Competency in delivering personal care when necessary.
