About the Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students aged 3–19 with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Deliver tailored interventions and support students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in the learners you work with.
