Axcis Education are working with a School who are a vibrant and inclusive community committed to nurturing the potential of every child. Specializing in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), they are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.
About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students aged 3–19 with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Deliver tailored interventions and support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in the learners you work with.
Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.

The ideal candidate will have:
A passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
