Axcis Education work alongside a therapeutic Alternative Provision based on a beautiful farm in Stratford Upon Avon, specialising in supporting primary aged children and those embarking on their first years in secondary school. This Alternative Provision has a high quality team of trained teachers, educators and specialists. They design and deliver 1:1 bespoke, exciting and enjoyable education programmes to children with additional needs. They offer unique outdoor and indoor learning environments for children to explore, gain new experiences and connect with nature. The Alternative Provision are looking for and the role of a Learning Mentor is: - Deliver high quality educational material on a 1-2-1 basis. - Proactive development, preparation, and delivery of curriculum. - Clear and collaborative communication approach to student’s curriculum/development/needs and colleagues. - Demonstrate the ability to adapt and be flexible to challenges and circumstances as they arise. - Build successful working relations with staff, children, and external stakeholders. - Write individual feedback reports relating to performance and development updated weekly. - - Demonstrate the Alternative Provisions behaviours and values. The pay for a Learning Mentor starts from £100.87 minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each individual candidate.
