BSL Teaching Assistant – Year 5 | September Start | Sutton Are you a passionate BSL Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role from September? We are working with a lovely primary school in Sutton who are seeking a dedicated BSL TA to support a Year 5 pupil with hearing impairment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and inclusive school community where you will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s learning, communication and confidence. The role: BSL Teaching Assistant supporting a Year 5 pupil September start Full-time, long-term position Supporting access to learning through BSL communication Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team The ideal candidate will have: Experience supporting children with hearing impairment Strong BSL skills (Level 2/3+ desirable) A patient, nurturing and encouraging approach Experience working within a primary school setting This friendly Sutton primary school offers a supportive environment with a committed team who value inclusion and the progress of every child.
