We are looking for a teaching assistant with experience working in an education or care setting and with a range of special educational needs. In this role you will be supporting in a SEND unit within a mainstream primary school, where you will be working with children on both a 1-1 and group basis. You will be working both within the classroom and through 1-1 work and you will be assisting them in accessing the curriculum to the best of their ability. The school is accessible by public transport but candidates who live outside of Chorley will need to be able to reliably commute there either by car or extended public transport links.
