A welcoming school in SW15 is seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students aged 16–19 with autism. This full-time role starts in September 2025 and offers the chance to work in a nurturing, inclusive environment equipped with thoughtfully designed sensory spaces that support student wellbeing, focus, and development. You’ll provide tailored, 1:1 support to a student with autism, working closely with the teaching and SEN teams to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and a positive learning experience.
