Job Title: SEN Support Staff – Special Provision (Mainstream School) Location: Hayes, West London (Between Southall and Northolt) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (September and beyond) Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Job Description: Axcis are currently seeking committed and compassionate SEN Support Staff to join a well-regarded mainstream school in Hayes with a dedicated special provision for children with complex needs. The provision comprises two small classes (6–8 pupils each): One class caters to children with more severe and complex needs, requiring a 1:1 support ratio The second class provides 2:1 support for pupils with moderate to high needs This is a full-time position, and the school is looking for individuals who can commit long-term, ideally starting immediately, with continuity into the new academic year in September.
