Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Construction Pathway Location: Sutton, South London Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term or Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate Start Date: September 2025 A leading multi-academy trust in South London is seeking a committed and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to support students on a Construction vocational pathway within one of its specialist settings in Sutton. This Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ provision supports students in PRUs, Alternative Provision, and SEND environments, offering tailored education to learners with diverse and complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in vocational learning environments and a passion for making hands-on learning accessible and engaging for young people with additional needs.
