Job Title: SEND TA

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wandsworth. This is a full-time role, offering a supportive and inclusive environment where you can make a real impact.

Your Role:
Provide tailored support to SEND students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Work closely with teachers to deliver individualised learning plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and implementing strategies to meet student needs.
Support with personal care, where required.

Previous experience working with SEND children is essential.
A caring, patient, and resilient attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
