You will ideally have: Previous experience supporting individuals with SEND (this can come from paid employment, voluntary work, or personal experience) Patience, warmth, empathy, and a calm, resilient approach The ability to work flexibly as part of a dedicated team A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Experience with PMLD or personal care is desirable but not essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
