Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary | Enfield, EN3
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (until end of academic year)
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Enfield (EN3) is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, ideally continuing through to the end of the academic year.
You’ll be working in the SEN classroom, supporting pupils with a range of needs including complex learning difficulties, Autism (ASD), and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll help create a structured and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
The school is looking for someone who:
-Has strong experience supporting pupils in a dedicated SEN classroom
-Is confident working with children with ASD, complex needs, and behavioural challenges
-Brings a calm, patient, and proactive approach to the classroom
-Is reliable, committed, and passionate about making a meaningful difference
