Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We’re on the lookout for someone who brings patience, empathy, and energy to the classroom. Whether you’ve gained experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) through work or personal life, what matters most is your commitment to helping every child thrive.
In this role, you will:
Work 1:1 with pupils, giving them the encouragement and tools they need to flourish.
Use your understanding of SEND to adapt learning, build confidence, and celebrate progress.
Collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver creative and personalised learning support.
Be an important part of a supportive team that values positivity, inclusion, and growth.
