Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Yr 3
A vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Camden is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from September 2025. This full-time role is based in Year 3, working with Key Stage 2 pupils.
In the mornings, you will be providing one-to-one support for a pupil with additional needs. In the afternoons, you will work as a general classroom teaching assistant, supporting the wider class. The role requires someone who is adaptable, patient, and confident using their initiative.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Key Stage 2 and a strong background in supporting children with a range of needs, including autism, challenging behaviour, and more complex learning difficulties. You will be a nurturing and resilient individual who can build strong relationships with both pupils and staff, and you must be able to work well as part of a team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to join a forward-thinking school that prioritises inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and professional development.
The position will begin in September, but interviews and trial days will take place next week, so early applications are strongly encouraged.
