Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant X2 (Smethwick)

We are looking for two caring and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Smethwick. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them achieve their full potential.
Role Details:
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (2 positions available)
• Location: Primary School, Smethwick
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm
• Pay: Daily pay starts from £89, depending on experience
• Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with SEND
• Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children’s academic, emotional, and social development
• Helping with personal care where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and managing classroom activities
Requirements:
• Experience in SEND is essential
• Classroom experience is highly desired
• A caring and empathetic approach to supporting children
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A passion for helping children with additional needs succeed
