Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary
A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Camden is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time role, supporting Year 1 pupils.
About the Role:
Morning: 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
Afternoon: General classroom TA support in Year 1
This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the needs of the class and individual pupils.
Full time position - no part time applicants will be accepted
About You:
Proven experience working in Early Years or Key Stage 1
Experience supporting children with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASD)
- Challenging behaviour
- Complex learning difficulties
Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Confident using your initiative and working as part of a team
