Job Title: SEN Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our dedicated team at a special needs secondary school in Brent. This full-time position will commence after the February half-term, offering the chance to work in a supportive environment that caters predominantly to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with support staff and specialists to implement effective teaching strategies and support plans.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods to ensure all students achieve their potential.
Requirements:
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly in a school setting.
Familiarity with supporting students with ASD and complex learning difficulties is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students with diverse needs.
Full-time availability to start after the February half-term.
