Contract: Full-time / Long-term / Supply (Day-to-Day)
Pay Rate: £95.00 to £120.. per day, experiance dependant
Do you have experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Axcis Education is recruiting resilient and empathetic SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils who require consistency, structure, and understanding.
Your role will involve:
• Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
• Implementing behaviour management strategies
• Building positive, trusting relationships
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience working with SEMH, behaviour, or trauma-informed settings
• A calm, patient, and firm approach
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
