A school in the WN8 area is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with a background in SEND to join their team, supporting secondary pupils. This is a great opportunity for a TA to go from a Part Time to a Full Time role working 8:30am -3:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Secondary pupils in a classroom setting, ensuring they are fully engaged and motivated in their learning. Working closely with pupils with Learning Difficulties and ASD. Building positive relationships with students, encouraging their personal and social development. Collaborating with the teaching team to adapt lesson plans and strategies to support individual learning needs. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. A proactive, enthusiastic, and patient approach with a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
