Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with additional needs at a friendly, well-resourced primary school in Bedminster, Bristol. About the Role
As a KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism and speech & language delays
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to develop social, emotional and academic skills
• Assist the class teacher with structured learning activities and targeted interventions
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages engagement and independence
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to deliver tailored support strategies
Pay ranges between £89 - £95 per day PAYE

• Experience supporting KS2 pupils, particularly those with SEND
• A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with staff and parents

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
