Position: Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Tameside, Greater Manchester Role: Temporary with potential for Permanent Experience: Previous school experience required As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your role will be pivotal in providing essential support to both teachers and students, contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparations. Providing personalised support to students requiring additional assistance. Helping to maintain classroom discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment. Supporting students with special educational needs or those learning English as a second language. Collaborating closely with teachers and colleagues to address the unique needs of individual students. Requirements: Prior experience working in a school setting is essential. A genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to nurturing students' growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students effectively. A team-oriented approach to work.
