Job Title: Primary SEN QTS Teacher
Location: Surrey Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Students: Primary (Aged 5-11) – ASD & Complex Needs Contract: Temporary Salary: Daily pay rates from £140 We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher (QTS) for a temporary position supporting primary-aged students (5-11) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and well-resourced setting. The Role • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs • Support students with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs • Implement specialist strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, and Makaton • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support • Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment Requirements – Must Have • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Minimum of 6 months UK primary SEN teaching experience • Strong English communication skills • A Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service This role is ideal for a passionate and adaptable teacher with experience in ASD and complex needs education.
