We are seeking a dedicated Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting in the Urmston area. About the Role You will be supporting both the class teacher and individual students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD, ADHD, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN). Main Duties -Support the teacher with planning, preparation and classroom management. -Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to students’ needs. -Help pupils engage with learning activities, manage behaviour positively and develop social skills. -Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. -Encourage independence and celebrate progress in every child. -Work closely with teachers, SENCO and other support staff to ensure consistency and progress.
