Job Title: PPA Teacher
PPA Teacher – Stockport
Full-Time | Primary Schools | September Start
Daily Rate: £135 – £175 (dependent on experience)
Axcis Education is working closely with a number of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools in Stockport, who are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join them from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, covering staff for their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
The Role:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday) – part-time may be considered for the right candidate
- Teach across all primary year groups as needed
- Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Support learning and ensure smooth transitions across different classes
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams to maintain pupil progress and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- PGCE, ECT or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- Experience across the primary phase (EYFS – KS2)
- Confident, adaptable and proactive
- A commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
