Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons that promote physical activity, skill development, and overall health and wellness among our students. The PE Teacher will also be expected to organize and oversee extracurricular sports activities, promote sportsmanship and teamwork, and collaborate with other faculty members to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum. Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards and objectives. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes physical fitness. • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. • Organize and supervise extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and events. • Promote sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork among students. • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education across the curriculum and support cross-disciplinary learning. • Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and safety guidelines in physical education. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. • Proven experience teaching PE at the primary or secondary level. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to participate in physical activities. • Knowledge of curriculum standards, assessment methods, and instructional strategies in physical education. • First aid and CPR certification (preferred). • Commitment to promoting health, wellness, and lifelong physical activity.
