A warm and welcoming nursery in Camden is seeking qualified Nursery Assistants to join their dedicated team this September. This is an excellent opportunity for caring, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals who are passionate about supporting the early development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care and wellbeing of children aged 0–5. You’ll assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, while helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all children. A key part of the role is building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members, as well as following safeguarding procedures to ensure every child’s welfare is protected.
To be considered, you must hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent, and have prior experience in a nursery or early years setting. A warm, patient, and approachable manner is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Above all, you should have a genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and happiness.
