Job Title: Nursery Practitioner- Flexible Hours
A welcoming and inclusive nursery in Croydon is currently seeking Bank Staff to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a flexible position working with children aged 0–5 years, with full-day hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Candidates must be available at least 2 days per week, with greater flexibility welcomed. The role is available for a September 1st start, though an earlier start date may be possible for the right candidate. Key Details: Salary: £124–£154 per day, depending on qualifications and experience Flexible days – minimum of 2 days per week required Working with children aged 0–5 years in a nurturing early years setting Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working with early years children (ages 0–5) is essential Must be able to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to a team-based environment A childcare qualification is preferred and will be reflected in a higher rate of pay, though it is not essential A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is required A caring, proactive, and flexible attitude This nursery prides itself on being a collaborative and all-hands-on-deck environment, where all staff support one another to ensure every child—and every team member—receives the attention and help they need.
