We are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Ealing, conveniently located near Castle Bar Park Station. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging Early Years environment, with a strong focus on high-quality teaching, learning, and child development.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the Early Years team from September 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development while helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Trial days are available immediately for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a positive role model within the Early Years setting, implementing the EYFS framework effectively.
Support the delivery of high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities.
Contribute to room development plans and help ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
Work closely with the Early Years Lead and wider team to implement nursery initiatives.
Take responsibility, independently or collaboratively, for specific Early Years projects and activities.
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain high standards of practice, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all children.
Skills & Experience Required
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
Good understanding of Ofsted requirements and expectations.
Experience working successfully within an Early Years or school setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
