Job Title: Midday Supervisor
Midday Supervisor – Primary School | Chiswick
Hours: Monday – Friday (or flexible supply), 11:30am – 1:30pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour (PAYE)
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chiswick. This role is available on a full-time Monday–Friday basis or as flexible supply work.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable and positive lunchtime experience. You will support children in the dining hall and playground, encouraging good behaviour, social interaction and active play.
Cleaning and tidying duties are also an expected part of the role. This includes helping to clear and clean the dining hall after one sitting, ensuring the area is clean, tidy and ready for the next set of pupils to eat.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising pupils during lunch in both indoor and outdoor settings
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a friendly, inclusive environment
Supporting children with their meals where required
Organising and engaging pupils in play activities
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Clearing tables and helping to clean and tidy the dining area between sittings
Ensuring the hall is clean, safe and ready for the next group of pupils
