Job Title: Marketing Officer

The Role
The Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the college’s profile and engaging with prospective students, parents, and the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling campaigns, and managing the college’s online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to promote the college’s courses, events, and key initiatives.
Oversee the college’s website and social media platforms, ensuring all content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand identity.
Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Organise and manage promotional events such as open days, school visits, and community engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions and faculty, to align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build relationships with external stakeholders, including local schools, businesses, and community organisations.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, coupled with strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital content creation.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
A proactive and creative mindset, with an eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
