Job Title: LSA and HLTA needed in West Drayton
My client are a co-educational Alternative Provision for pupils in the London Borough of Hillingdon who cannot attend mainstream school for a variety of reasons. It currently offers places to pupils aged 11-16, many of whom have been, or are at risk of, permanent exclusion. They are looking to hire 2 candidates: Role one : LSA/Teaching Assistant - with PSHE specialism for long term appointment - immediate start. Experienced and skilled with good behaviour management • Support the planning and delivery of lessons by effectively assisting the teacher in preparing resources and materials. • Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, as directed by the teacher, to help them achieve their learning goals. • Collaborate with other LSAs and teachers to share best practices and strategies for supporting student learning. • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student progress, interventions, and strategies. Role two : HTLA - who can provide 1:1 tuition fractional 2/3 days per week (incl.
