As a Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs on a 1:1 basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Assisting students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in classroom activities. • Supporting students with personal care and mobility needs. • Helping students develop life skills and independence. • Building positive and trusting relationships with students and staff. • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised learning plans.
