This role is crucial in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, enabling them to achieve their academic potential. Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in delivering tailored instructional support to students in various subjects. • Help facilitate an inclusive learning environment by providing individual and small group support. • Monitor student progress and contribute to the development of personalized learning plans. • Engage students in a positive manner, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to implement effective learning strategies and interventions. • Support the organization of classroom activities and resources. Essential Qualifications: • Experience in a support role within an educational setting preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • A patient and flexible approach to working with children. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
