Our outstanding specialist school continues to grow, providing a supportive and nurturing learning environment for an increasing number of pupils. Due to this expansion, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our transdisciplinary team of dedicated and friendly Teachers, Therapists, and Learning Support Assistants.
What the role involves
No two days are the same! This role offers variety, challenge, and reward. You will:
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for children with special educational needs.
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Help maintain a positive and organised classroom environment.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Support the management of challenging behaviour in a calm, proactive way.

The ideal candidate will have:
Confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience.
Strong communication and numeracy skills.
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Knowledge of positive behaviour management.
The ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
