Job Title: Learning Support assistant
A specialist SEND provision in Shepherd’s Bush (W12) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team this September. The school supports students with autism and is seeking someone who can provide both academic and personal care support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The role involves personal care, manual handling, and peg feeding (full training will be provided). You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help create an inclusive and positive learning environment for students with complex needs. Key Details: • Location: Shepherd’s Bush (W12) • Hours: 08:45 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Term-time only) • Pay: £89 – £95 per day (PAYE, paid weekly) • Start Date: September 2025 • Role: 1:1 and small group support for students with autism and complex needs Requirements: • Experience or strong interest in supporting students with SEND • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one) • Patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting personal care needs • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable and available full-time (Monday to Friday) If you are passionate about making a difference in students’ lives, please reply to this email with your most recent CV and cover letter.
