Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: N17

We are seeking two enthusiastic, bubbly, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our friendly and supportive team in N17. These full-time roles are to provide 1:1 support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) who have mild additional needs, primarily across English, Maths, Business and Media.
About the Role:
Provide individualised, in-class support to students with EHCPs
Assist students with their understanding of subject content and help develop study skills
Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to ensure effective support strategies
Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage student confidence and independence
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
Be outgoing, bubbly and confident in building rapport with young people
Be passionate about inclusion and supporting student progress
Have a good grasp of core academic subjects, especially English, Maths, Business and Media
