Location: Harrow, HA3 Salary: £15 - £18 per hour (PAYE) Contract: Full-time, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM Start Date: September About the Role: A SEND college in Harrow is seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to help students with special educational needs and disabilities thrive. You will play a key role in assisting with students’ learning, personal care, and emotional support within a caring and safe setting. Main Duties: • Deliver 1:1 or small group support tailored to students with SEND. • Provide assistance with personal care, including manual handling and peg feeding. • Help manage challenging behaviours effectively. • Work closely with teachers to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.
