Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs — even if you haven’t worked in a classroom before? A friendly and inclusive school within a multi-academy trust is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This role could be at primary or secondary level, depending on your fit. You’ll be working closely with a small group of around 3–5 pupils, helping them stay focused in class and engaged with learning tasks. The school is welcoming applications from people who have experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH or similar needs — whether through personal experience, volunteering, coaching, care work or relevant studies (e.g. psychology, education, youth work).
