We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead a specialist Nurture Room at a welcoming primary school in Harrow. About the Role: As the Nurture Room Lead, you will create and deliver a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment for six primary-aged pupils, each with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). These pupils are currently awaiting placement in specialist settings and are not accessing the mainstream curriculum—making the Nurture Room their main source of educational support. Working alongside two experienced Teaching Assistants, and in close partnership with the SENDCo, pastoral team, and external professionals, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the academic and emotional development of these children.
