Job Title: Graduate Behavioural Support
Location: Caerphilly, CF83 Pay: £13.69 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a nurturing, structured environment? We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils aged 5–19 who require an alternative to mainstream schooling due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural difficulties. This setting provides a highly personalised, therapeutic environment with small classes focused on helping learners build confidence, resilience, and life skills.
