A mainstream secondary school located in West Croydon are looking for full time, Romanian speaking TA to support a year 10 student. Working hours are 8am to 4pm , Monday to Friday. This role is about working with students, staff and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our students who have SEND support needs and/or an EHCP. The ability to help students with their speech and language, literacy, numeracy and independence will be vital. This is a one to one role. You will need to support students by: - Helping to identify a student’s particular needs - Actively planning and working in partnership with the class teacher to enable SEND students, including those with speech and language and ASD needs to positively engage in the classroom - Support students in following instructions and learning to behave well Pay is £95.29 per day. Trial days are taking place ASAP.
