My client are a mainstream high school located in East Croydon and they are looking for a full time, Higher Level Teaching Assistant ( HLTA) to start. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Specialism : Mathematics. The role: - Providing 1:1 to students with an Education Healthcare Plan ( EHCP) as well as supporting children with lower cognitive abilities. - Working in small groups. You may also be allocated to an area within the school. - Help adapt school work and instructions from the teacher, so that students can understand and learn. You MUST have previous classroom experience, to be considered for this role as well as a specialist in Mathematics. Pay ranges from £110 - £130 per day , depending on experience. The school will only consider candidates who can commit to 5 days a week, term time.
