Job Title: Front Desk Admin Assistant
Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week (8:30am – 4:00pm)
Location: Highgate, North London (N6)
Duration: Ongoing – potential to continue over the 6-week summer holiday

Axcis is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Front Desk Admin Assistant to support a well-regarded SEND charity based in Highgate (N6), North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a meaningful organisation that works to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Supporting staff with general administrative duties
Maintaining an organised and welcoming front office environment
Assisting with scheduling and record keeping as needed
Requirements:
Previous front desk or administrative experience is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
Additional Information:
This role is for 3 days per week, 8:30am–4:00pm
There may be the opportunity to continue working over the 6-week summer holiday period
