Job Title: Experienced Early Years Educator
Position: Experienced Early Years Educator
Location: Wandsworth, London
Contract: Part-time (3 days a week, flexible on days)
Salary: £90-95 per day
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team in the vibrant community of Wandsworth, London. This part-time role demands a dynamic individual who can deliver exceptional care and educational support to children during their vital formative years.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct engaging educational activities that promote child development
• Execute the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively, catering to each child's individual needs
• Foster a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow
• Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to monitor and discuss children's progress
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator
• A relevant Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• An understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Enhanced DBS check
