Job Title: Early Years Mainstream Primary School, Erdington
Location: Erdington Pay: From £13.86 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full time) Start Date: 1st September preferred – early start available before end of current academic year. We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Erdington. This is a 1:1 support role, working closely with a child who requires a high level of engagement and energy throughout the school day. About the Role: You will play a key part in supporting the pupil’s individual needs, promoting both learning and personal development. The ideal candidate will bring energy, patience, and a proactive approach, supporting the child in both classroom and outdoor environments. Your ability to keep up with a very active learner is essential, so a dynamic and responsive attitude is key.
