Axcis Education are working with a special school in the Stockport area who are currently looking for a special needs teaching assistant. The school is in a fantastic location with easy access to public transport links. They are currently recruiting for multiple SEND TA’s to join their team on a long term supply basis. The hours are 8:30 – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. With daily pay rates from £91 a day. You will be expected to work with children between the ages of 8-16 years and of a mixed gender. You will be working with pupils who have complex needs. You must have an understanding of working with young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The role will involved personal care and assistance with medical needs and feeding.
